Making a Complaint
At VSWITCH4U LIMITED we seek to provide excellent service, but we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. We will work hard to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
- We will try to resolve any complaints as soon as possible.
- We will always provide you with an explanation and an apology wherever we have caused the problem.
- You will speak to the same Customer Service Advisor throughout the complaints process.
What you can expect
A fair review, clear communication and a route to escalation if you do not feel the first resolution is satisfactory.

Share the complaint with the team so it can be reviewed by your advisor. - 2Receive a proposed resolution
The Customer Service Advisor will provide a fair outcome for you to accept or reject. - 3Escalate if required
If the resolution is not accepted, the complaint moves to the next stage.

Resolving a Complaint
The Customer Service Advisor will provide you with a resolution to your complaint. You can accept or reject the resolution depending on whether you feel it is fair.
- If you accept the resolution, your complaint is resolved.
- If you reject the resolution, the complaint becomes an escalated complaint.
Escalated Complaint
Your complaint will be passed to a member of the Specialist Complaints department who will impartially reassess the complaint and the resolution offered.
- If the complaint was not dealt with correctly, a new resolution will be proposed.
- The Customer Service Advisor will confirm whether the outcome has been upheld or defended.
External escalation
If you accept the decision, your complaint is resolved. If you reject the decision, you will need to wait for a deadlock letter or 8 weeks before getting in touch with Ombudsman Services.
